We’re excited to announce our next Dawson Day on June 16th 2016, to be held at Mary Ward House in Bloomsbury, London.

This year we decided it was time to shake things up; from our venue to the program.
We listened to what you wanted and as a result there’s a new, shared boldness to the event that you won’t want to miss.

Dawson Day will bring together forward thinking individuals and organisations from across the academic library space to discuss and inspire the future of our industry.

New Highlights for 2016 include:

A New Venue – This year’s event will be held at Mary Ward House; a fascinating Grade 1 listed building in the heart of Bloomsbury; the renowned literary and education area of London.

Dawson Day TV will be recording throughout the day, asking individuals for their input on hot topics and undertaking backstage interviews with key players in the industry. Additionally, key panel sessions will be streamed on the new Dawson Books website.

Calling for Abstracts – To make sure we create an event programme that really meets our customers’ needs and addresses the challenges and opportunities the industry presents, we’re giving delegates the opportunity to influence the content.

We’ll be running dedicated morning workshops on a range of topical issues vital to the industry.

We will be sending out official invitations shortly. In the meantime, please email any queries to stephen.mitchell2@dawsonbooks.co.uk.
